Yes, again, I suck at updating my Blog.So, my current "Eric is still working out at the gym on a semi-regular basis" update is as follows:
Max Distance w/o stopping: 2.01 miles, 14:00
Max sustained speed: 11.5MPH (1/4 mile) [just about died when I was done]
Max Distance in 50 mins: 5.12 miles [5 mins is cool down]
Avg Distance in 50 mins: 4.25 miles [ditto]
Avg Speed when running for distance: 8.0MPH
Max Time on Treadmill: 61mins
